WELSH LEEK Grows Beyond 200 Barrier

Reblogged from the Foley’s Forum website…

Back in February, my free travel ebook, Campervan Capers 2broke the 200 downloads barrier.  And recently, so did The Welsh Leek Conspiracy, which I published about a year ago.

The Welsh Leek story is a light-hearted travel tale adapted from the Campervan Capers book and is another free-to-read download.

As with all of my ebooks, you don’t even need an eReader to read them, so if you like a good travel tale, why not click on the link above to find out more.  There’s even a short trailer for each of the above-mentioned works.

In case you missed the blog a few days ago, I’ve just announced the publication of Campervan Capers as a print book.  So if you like The Welsh Leek Conspiracy, why not check it out via the link above?

As always – enjoy!

CAMPERVAN CAPERS FREEBIES Break the 200 Barrier

Click to download for FREE on the Smashwords websiteIn the not-too-distant future, you can look forward to seeing the Campervan Capers book available for sale not only as an ebook but also as a paperback.

In the meantime, I’m pleased to share with you that The Welsh Leek Conspiracy (a light-hearted travel tale adapted from the book) and Campervan Capers 2 (a sequel adapted from the 2011 Campervan Capers blog entries) have recently broken the ‘200 downloads’ barrier.

Both short ebooks can be downloaded for free by clicking the above links and logging onto the Smashwords website.  They’re available in formats suitable for just about everyone – whether you have an eReader, want to read from your computer screen or print off a PDF at home.  So if you haven’t gotten round to reading them yet, why not check them out?

While you’re on the Smashwords website, you can sample 20% of the original Campervan Capers book for free and watch trailers for each ebook mentioned here (scroll to the bottom of each ebook page on Smashwords).

MORE NEWS…?
I’m currently listening out for any news from Smashwords as to whether they’ll be taking part in this year’s Read an eBook Week promotion.  They’ve been supporting it for the past few years now and they give their published authors (like myself) the opportunity to offer their work free or at discounted rates.  As the promotion runs every March, I’ll let you know as soon as I hear any news.  And if you want to ensure you don’t miss out on offers such as these, why not consider subscribing to the blog (in its right-hand panel)?

WELSH LEEK Grows Beyond 100 Barrier

Reblogged from Alannah’s Foley’s Forum blog

Already over the past few weeks, I’ve been able to announce that two my other works – the free ‘Ralph Ingleton’ short story and satirical Cycling Widows book – have had ‘record downloads’.

So this week, I’m pleased to share with you that The Welsh Leek Conspiracy, a light-hearted travel tale which I published back in early March, has just broken its own ‘100 downloads’ barrier.

The story (a true one!) is free to read and has been adapted from Campervan Capers, a book about my first year exploring the world of campervanning with my partner, Steve.

I plan to keep The Welsh Leek Conspiracy available as a free download, so if you want to read it, just click on the link.  If you enjoy reading it, why not submit a quick review, tell your friends, or check out Campervan Capers? – You can currently sample 20% of the book for free.

Both The Welsh Leek Conspiracy and Campervan Capers can be downloaded in a variety of formats – for eReaders, reading on your computer screen or printing at home.

I sincerely hope you enjoy them!
