Tourism on the Doorstep

It’s easy to forget that the place where you live is often seen by others as a tourist destination.

In my local area of Cornwall, England, sits the Luxulyan Valley, a World Heritage site which lives in the shadow of the better-known Eden Project.

Some time ago, I wrote an article about it which I posted on my website.  Having now finally added in a few photos to illustrate it, I invite you to take a look and enjoy some of the ‘naturescapes’.

Click to read Cornwall’s Hidden Valley on my Foley’s Forum website.  You can browse the site to read more Travel Articles, too.

PS  I only just realised that, for some reason, this blog didn’t publish on the Campervan Capers site back in November…  Sorry about that!

I agree Alannah we do not treasure the environment that is on our own doorstep. Ian.
